Rooted in Earth + Body Loving Values

Her Nature is rooted in values that ensure each step for all creations is made with respect to the land and plants. My primary ingredients are homegrown in my garden in northern California, infused with personal care and love! All products are chemical-free, sustainably harvested, handcrafted, and contain supremely natural ingredients.

Her Nature honors what has always been our birthright as women - connection and access to the earth.

In the age of all-time high consumerism with profit and scale as the ultimate goal, most body products you’ll find are likely saturated with endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and minimal natural ingredients, if any. The use of these products interferes with the natural hormone cycles of our wildly intelligent female bodies that keep us vibrant, healthy, and sovereign.

The Timeless Wisdom of Plants

Most cultures across the world carry generations of ancient botanical wisdom. In many indigenous cultures, women were the wisdom keepers of earth-based medicine to alleviate ailments and provide healing remedies for their communities.

There is a collective longing for many of us to connect back to our plant guardians the way our ancestors once did.

It is fascinating to trace back commonalities amongst completely different traditions around the globe to discover that the same herb was used to treat imbalances in the body. For example, the use of chamomile dates back to ancient Egypt and ancient Rome - and they used it in the exact same way! Their lifestyles, spiritual practices, and culinary methods were vastly different, yet this plant spoke to them the same. This is the interconnected beauty of the botanical world.

My Story

When I was a young girl, I recall most of my time being spent outdoors, enchanted by the playfulness of nature’s details. The earth brought me pure joy. I spent hours outside observing caterpillars, butterflies, and other critters. I would create habitats for them and welcome them as my companions. I loved getting my hands dirty. I was drawn to eating vibrant and colorful vegetables at a younger age than most children. I was so connected to the earth, yet I did not realize this until many years later in my adult life. I was not brought up in a culture that prioritized or cultivated these aspects of me, as many may relate to.
As I grew into my teen and adult self, my priorities mirrored much of what I grew up in - fitting in and building a career around what I “thought” I was supposed to do, set by the standards of my South Asian community. I always felt drawn to jobs that were in service to others, but I could never figure out why they didn’t fulfill me. Years of living on the hamster wheel amplified this disconnection to my authentic self and my deep longing to connect with the natural world.
It wasn’t until several years ago, when I started traveling more and found myself immersed in conscious communities whose values aligned with mine, a forgotten part of me was activated after a long slumber. I was introduced to earth-based modalities that opened my heart to what it had been yearning for. I re-discovered the healing medicine of my ancestors. I started working with the loving energy, science, and benefits of herbs and plant medicines.
During this time, I was catapulted into my own healing journey around old wounds of unworthiness, my relationship to the masculine, and insecurities that were waiting to be met with loving curiosity. This journey continues for me and I have been blessed with so much along this path, including a beautiful tribe of deeply fulfilling sisterhoods, relations with indigenous communities, earth medicines, and empowering myself to live a life that is rooted in my own unique truth.
Her Nature was birthed one fateful morning in my mother’s garden. Growing up, I witnessed her unwavering devotion to plants. She would create a beautiful garden in every house we lived in. I always admired her vast botanical wisdom and have learned so much from her over the years. At the time this vision arrived, I was experiencing a deeply heart-opening and challenging chapter of life. Little did I realize that the seeds I was planting (quite literally) would be the germination of my own creation and business! As I prioritized my own wellness with lots of love, softness, and nourishment, the healing power of nature took precedence in my process, and here we are today.
I believe the greatest medicine for humanity today is the remembrance of our connection to the earth. Reconnecting with the life-force and nourishment of the earth restores our own life-force energy. It enables us to live a powerful life of alignment and harmony. When we’re disconnected from our own bodies, we are disconnected from Mother Nature. My prayer for you, dear one, is that you find the courage and freedom to access the wisdom of your most authentic self to live a life rooted in your uniquely divine nature.
With love and plants,
Arzina
